Meaningful gatherings have the power to strengthen relationships, spark ideas, and reconnect people with the purpose behind their work. After 20 years in event planning and production, I know what it takes to turn that potential into a well-executed experience.

I founded PAE Boulder in 2014 to help organizations bring people together without losing sight of the bigger picture. From corporate conferences and leadership retreats to cultural celebrations and international user conferences, I bring calm, strategic thinking and operational expertise to events of all kinds.  This means that my clients can focus on their people, their priorities, and the impact they want to make.

I've professionally coordinated more than 80 events, with budgets ranging from $5,000 to $500,000 and impacted more than 750,000 attendees.  My experience spans corporate milestones, board retreats, fundraising galas, educational festivals, trade shows, and multi-day conferences.  Along the way, I've helped clients reduce costs and reclaim hundreds of hours of staff time through thoughtful planning and effective execution.

I hold a BA from DePauw University and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, where I specialized in international business and European business practices. Fluent in French, I bring a global perspective to my work and welcome opportunities to collaborate across borders. I'm also a member of the Rocky Mountain chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI).
